Money buys science and science saves lives. When it comes to creating a cure for CF, every dollar counts. That’s why this year we’re doing things a little different. After we noticed how easy and effective it was for volunteers to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Great Strides walks, we’ve decided to model our event similarly. Instead of only having two levels of entry, each participant will have the opportunity to raise money individually. Here’s how it works: First click on the link below. You’ll be directed to an official CF Foundation registration/fund raising page. This page will walk you through the steps to set up a fundraising account. You get to choose a goal to shoot for and there is no minimum you need to raise. Raising money is easy! Just write an e-mail about what you’re doing and send it out to everyone in your contact list and post it on your facebook profile. In addition, you can ask your employer if they have a funds-matching program. Soon friends, family, and associates will be visiting your fund raising page and donating. You’ll be surprised how far a little effort can go!

Every participant will be treated to coffee and bagels in the morning, refreshments, and a lunch catered by BJ's Restaurant! Expect items in each gift bag in addition to what is listed below.
